I have added (it) in my station" We have been proud to assist jazz pianist Tammy Hall in producing her recordings and concert films [read more] since the time of her first solo CD A Joy Restored, Live at Mills Jazz Cafe. The 2001 recording, featuring Ms. Hall's original compositions as well as jazz favorites by Stevie Wonder, Jobim, Ellington, and others, was available in MP3 format on Ms. Hall's MP3.com website and as a standard CD release at Amazon.com. Ms. Hall's performance took place before a live audience not in a sound studio, and was originally recorded for archival purposes rather than for commercial release. The decision was made to produce a limited-production release anyway, to please Ms. Hall's fans and benefit her alma mater, Mills College (www.mills.edu ). While this CD is now out-of-print, newer releases with high quality audio are now available [read more] including a new DVD entitled Tammy Hall: Reflections and a new CD featuring nine of Ms. Hall's original compositions, Tammy Hall: Blue Divine. | ||
